Refund policy

Returns/Exchange:

Here at Kissing Booth Cosmetics, we are dedicated to providing 100% satisfaction. Therefore, we do not accept returns on any open products for sanitary reasons. We will gladly accept items for exchange ONLY if they were received damaged or defective in any way. If you receive a damaged item, please take a picture of the item(s) along with the original packing slip and email them to support@kissingboothcosmetics.com explaining what is wrong with the item(s) within 48 hours of receiving the item. After reviewing the situation, we will contact you with detailed instructions on how to return the item(s) and the processes to get your item(s) replaced.

Note: If we approve a refund for any reason after products have been shipped, that refund will be given in the form of STORE CREDIT ONLY for the amount the item was purchased for. Your packing slip is your proof of purchase and it must be presented for ALL discrepancies. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Missing/Wrong Items:

While mistakes do happen, we apologize in advance and will gladly do everything to rectify the situation. If you receive your order and it contains the wrong or missing item, please contact support@kissingboothcosmetics.com within 48 hours of receiving your package. In the email, please send a picture of the wrong item(s) received and the packing slip.
