Shipping policy

Kissing Booth Cosmetics is dedicated to getting you your packages as soon as possible. Therefore, please allow 48-72 hours to process your order. Once your order as been processed, an email will be sent to you with a tracking number. All orders will be shipped within 5-7 business days. 

Note: All purchases are a final sale. 

Incorrect Address/Return to Sender:

If a package is returned to Kissing Booth Cosmetics due to an incorrect shipping address provided by a customer, or if the customer was not home for delivery, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost as well as the redelivery cost. No refunds will be provided for any packages delivered to an incorrect address. 

Lost/Stolen Packages:

We are not responsible for any lost, stolen or incorrectly delivered packages.
